Actual Schedules are used to construct your new home. All schedules are modified during the construction period based on quicker completions or delays. The schedule below was for the sample report home.

The schedule below  is  the original schedule before modifications during the course of construction. You will notice the home was finished ahead of the original projections for completion. This home was a home / lot package in a community offered by the builder, so build pads are ready to go.

The construction schedule is created after the construction office receives the "go package" from the sales department.
